About the Internship

Real Property Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.

This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations and employee coordination while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Assist in maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
Support HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities.
Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
Learn and support day-to-day HR Operations.

Who Can Apply?
Students / graduates pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com or related courses.




Freshers are welcome.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Positive, organised and proactive attitude.
Candidates who can commit to the complete 6-month internship are preferred.
