Develop candidate sourcing channels in India, coordinate with Japanese language and third-party skill-training institutes and setting up in-house training facility. Liaise with Embassies, Consulates and relevant authorities regarding employment opportunities, visa procedures and recruitment requirements. Manage client discussions, proposals and recruitment projects, with necessary coordination with internal teams. Establish relationships and business alliances with overseas employers,



recruitment partners and institutions. Undertake domestic and international travel for setting up pilot project for Health Care recruitment. Candidate Profile 7+ years' operational experience in Health Care administration, management and recruitment. Experience with an overseas recruitment company will be an asset. Graduates/suitable qualifications in Health Care management. Multiple language skills will be an asset. Age: Above 30 years. Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
