Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns. Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards. Follow process guidelines and meet assigned performance targets. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Eligibility & Requirements Minimum qualification:



12th Pass or Graduate Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process – Mandatory Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in rotational shifts . Immediate joiners preferred. Shift & Work Details Work Location: Bangalore Working Days: 5 days a week Rotational Shifts 2 Rotational Week-offs 2-way cab facility available within 20 km Immediate Joiners Preferred Compensation Up to ₹26,000 Take Home per month , based on eligibility and experience.
