Job Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through voice calls. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and assistance. Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate customer and transaction details in the system. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
