- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnosing, fixing, and testing hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, phones).
- System Setup & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware for new and existing users
- User Support: Providing prompt, professional technical support via telephone, email, or in-person.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Managing support requests via IT service desk systems, documenting issues, and maintaining inventory.

Monitoring network connections to ensure stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS, networking principles, and remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
