Job Description

- Drive Home Loan business through DSA, Connectors, and Open Market sourcing channels.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with DSAs, property brokers, builders, connectors, and other referral partners to generate business.
- Source prospective customers directly from the open market and build a solid local referral network.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for login, credit assessment, documentation, sanction, and disbursement of cases.
- Regularly follow up with customers and channel partners to ensure smooth processing and timely closure of cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to the bank's credit, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Monitor the local market, competitor activities,



and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Retail Asset Sales is preferred.
- Good exposure to DSA/Connector management and Open Market sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to develop new business relationships.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Since this is an IC role, the candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end sales responsibilities without a team reporting to them.
