Hiring: French C1/B2 – Customer Support

Location: Gurugram Sec 30

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: Rotational

Position

Customer Support Executive – French

Job Requirements

French Language: C1/B2 Level – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1 year of International experience - Positive to have

Process Experience: Blended process – Voice + Email/Chat – Mandatory

Excellent communication skills in French and English

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities

International customer service experience preferred

Immediate Joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to 8LPA

Cab: Both-side cab facility

Working Days: 5 days
