ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading water bottle manufacturing company in Accra is looking for an experienced Water Production Line Supervisor/Manager to oversee its production operations, with hands-on experience across blowing, filling and packaging processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise the complete water production line, including bottle blowing, water filling and packaging.
* Monitor production processes, machine performance, quality and output.
* Coordinate production staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Identify and resolve production, machine and quality issues.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



health and safety standards.
* Monitor production targets, wastage and downtime and prepare production reports.

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience in bottled water or beverage manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience with PET bottle blowing, water filling and packaging lines.
* Strong understanding of production machinery, processes and quality control.
* Previous experience supervising or managing a production team.
* Ability to troubleshoot production issues and maintain productive line operations.
* Technical or production-related qualification is an added advantage.
