Role Descg>ription This is a full time, in office Human Resources Assistant role based in Pune City. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and coordinating training activities. Responsibilities include helping manage HR documentation, supporting benefits and leave administration, and updating data in HR systems. The role also involves responding to employee queries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed. The Human Resources Assistant will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Experience: Max 2 Year.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports,



and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits, leave management, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate learning programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role is beneficial, especially in a fast-growing or startup environment.
