Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of nutritional supplement products, including market analysis, product planning, and execution. Daily responsibilities include gathering and interpreting market and customer insights, coordinating with R&D;, manufacturing, and quality teams, and defining product requirements and positioning. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales teams with product training and materials, and monitoring product performance to recommend improvements.



The Product Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products meet regulatory standards, align with brand strategy, and drive sustainable business growth.
Qualifications

- Experience in product management, product planning, or brand management within pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Skills in cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of regulatory and quality frameworks such as ISO, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Ability to develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and presentation capability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in nutritional supplements or healthcare products is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
