Job title: Sales Executive – B2B Industrial Machinery

Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong Mechanical Engineering/technical background and proven experience in B2B industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and driving sales of industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and conduct regular client visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and regular follow-ups.




- Travel to customer locations as required for business development and sales activities.

Product / Industry Knowledge

Experience or knowledge in the following products will be an advantage:

- CNC Laser Cutting Machines
- CNC Plasma Cutting Machines
- Roll Forming Machines
- CNC Cutting & Welding Machines
- Industrial Metal Fabrication and Automation Machinery

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B Industrial/Technical Sales.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/industrial products and applications.
- Good understanding of the industrial machinery and metal fabrication sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Confident in making customer visits and developing recent business.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion and customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
