Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Pakeeza Chikankari is a full-time, in office position based in Pune. The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the brand's aesthetic and values. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating photo and video shoots, writing captions, scheduling posts, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions,



and collaborating with design, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Social Media Manager will also research trends, identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, and support campaign execution to strengthen brand awareness and drive traffic to the website and stores.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across major platforms.
- Ability to develop effective Content Strategy and create platform-specific content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging captions, posts, and customer interactions.
- Experience with basic design and visual storytelling, using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting to track performance and refine strategies.
- Previous experience managing social media for fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
