A leading tax advisory firm is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join its team and work on Direct Tax, International Tax, Fund Structuring & Regulatory Advisory matters for corporates, funds and global investors.

Location: Parel / Nariman Point, Mumbai | In office

Experience: 1–2 years post-articleship

Qualification: Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA or LLB

CTC: 9–12 LPA

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Tax & regulatory research and analysis

• Draft technical notes, opinions & internal memos

• Direct tax compliance, planning & return filings

• Assist in AIF setup and related compliances

• Tax & regulatory compliance for domestic funds & FPIs

• International tax & structuring assignments

• Client communication, meetings & follow-ups





• Prepare client deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint & Word

• Contribute to presentations, articles & thought leadership

• Support other tax advisory & regulatory assignments

Income Tax / Corporate Tax

FEMA, RBI & SEBI regulations

DTAA

AIF / FPI taxation & regulatory compliances

Tax & regulatory research and updates

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Chartered Accountant

1–2 years of post-articleship experience in Direct Tax

Strong written & verbal communication

Excellent research, analytical & drafting skills

Strong command of English

Keen interest in Tax Advisory, International Tax & Fund Structuring
