Role: Senior IT Business Analyst

Location: Airoli. Navi Mumbai

Duration: 2 years of contract

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements in order to perform the functional study and deliver /maintain the project artefacts as needed: high level functionality and WBS for estimation, detailed functional specifications, use cases, test strategy and test cases.

• Plan and perform Quality and System Integration Testing (SIT) before allowing transition to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

• Steering of the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and reporting status to project stakeholders.

• Report and escalate key risks and issues related to project execution to the project manager.

• Deliver thoroughly tested products on time, up to production deployment.

• Support the project planning, schedules and milestones in coordination with project teams.

• Prepare and maintain the application user guide, operating guide and all other functional documentation.

• Provide L3 support on production incidents or request

• Work with large data volumes, analysis and troubleshoot of data anomalies/inconsistencies

Mission: on a portfolio of transversal projects for various business lines, design, develop and document solutions. Guaranty the alignment between users needs and products delivered (in-house solutions). You will intervene during the project life cycle within an integrated team located in Mumbai and in Singapore.

In the role of IT Business Analyst, you will interface with key stakeholders and other IT teams to apply your proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, building work





breakdown structure, providing estimations with help from the technical teams(s), quality control post-development, and steering UAT with end-users. The role is heavily focused business process analysis and on data analysis / design with multiple data sources.

Qualifications/Education Required:

Education Bachelor or better – Computer Science Technology, Physics or Math.

Experience Required:

A total 10+ years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting the development of enterprise-wide information system, with minimum of 8 years working experience in financial/banking environment.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Mandatory

- Hands-on experience of coordination between the business and IT teams (various locations) and as primary functional support for

development teams.

- Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.

- Knowledge in software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.

- Experience in writing test documents and performing functional tests.

- Risk awareness, ability to evaluate and predict risks and drawback of target solution.

- Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks.

- Proficiency in SQL database queries (complex queries).

- Ability to prepare dataset for analysis and validation purposes.

- Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools, JIRA.

- Ability to speak or understand French

Nice to Have

▪ Knowledge of performance testing and associated tools

▪ UI/UX experience is a excellent plus.
