About This Role

This is a paid consultation role — not an ongoing position, not a job offer. We're looking to have a focused consultations with a small number of experienced professionals who understand what makes enterprise sales genuinely effective. We are looking for experienced professionals who can share first-hand project experience from their time at top-tier firms.

Who We're Looking For

We're specifically seeking people with senior-level, hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

1. Top-tier management consulting background

Current or former experience at a firm like McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company, or a comparable top-tier consulting firm, at a senior level (Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, Manager, or above). We're interested in how consulting firms structure client-facing materials, narratives, and pitch products/services at the highest level.

We're especially interested in people who were involved beyond the recommendation stage and were hands-on in implementing the solution with the client.

Location & Market Focus

India-based candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

We're particularly interested in speaking with people who have experience selling into the US market.

What the Conversations Will Cover

This will be a focused, roughly one-hour conversation exploring:

- The problem statement the client was facing (no confidential client names needed)




- Your strategy and approach to solving it
- How the problem was ultimately resolved
- How the solution was implemented, and what your role in implementation was

This isn't a test or an evaluation of you — it's a genuine knowledge-sharing conversation, and your insight will directly shape how we build our own materials going forward.

How to Apply — Qualifying Step

Because we want to make sure the conversation is genuinely useful on both sides, we ask that you share one of the following before we schedule a call:

- An actual example of a sales deck, pitch document, or collateral you've personally built or contributed to (feel free to redact any confidential client details, names, or figures), or
- A link or reference to a publicly available enterprise sales deck that you consider genuinely excellent, and that reflects the kind of approach you'd model your own work on

This isn't a formal test — it's simply how we confirm the conversation will be a good use of both your time and ours.
