Role Description The Manager – Contract Manufacturing and Quality Assurance is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will oversee contract manufacturing activities, ensuring that production processes meet Truevet's quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with external manufacturing partners, planning and monitoring production schedules, and managing day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet cost, efficiency, and delivery targets. The manager will also implement and maintain quality control systems, conduct audits, review documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in both manufacturing and quality assurance.



This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as R&D;, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between product specifications, production capabilities, and customer expectations.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee contract manufacturing schedules and output.
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to ensure productive, safe, and compliant production processes.
- Expertise in Quality Control to implement standards, perform inspections, manage audits, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, including vendor evaluation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant quality and safety regulations, GMP practices, and documentation requirements in animal nutrition or related industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in animal nutrition, feed manufacturing, or pharmaceutical production is an advantage.
