About Lumera Homes

Lumera Homes is a premier turnkey interior design and execution firm operating out of a flagship, state-of-the-art experience center in Vijayawada’s prime commercial belt near Novotel.

We bridge the gap between creative architectural design and site execution. Specializing in high-end residential flats (3BHKs, duplexes, villas) and bespoke commercial spaces, our end-to-end solutions span spatial planning, 3D visualization, premium modular woodwork, false ceilings, lighting, and turnkey civil execution. Driven by precision craftsmanship, material transparency, and 30-day modular handovers, Lumera Homes is building the premier interior destination across the Vijayawada–Tadepalli–Guntur capital corridor.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and run structured onboarding orientations for new Lumera Homes hires.

- Performance & Incentive Management: Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and track KPI-based incentives and sales commissions alongside management.

- Attendance & Payroll Administration: Manage attendance logs, leave balances, and prepare monthly payroll inputs (salary calculations, allowances, and site travel reimbursements).

- Policy & Culture: Establish clear HR policies, employee handbooks, and conduct team-building activities to foster a collaborative culture.

3. Lumera Homes Experience Center Administration

- Facility Management: Maintain the daily operations, cleanliness, lighting, and security of our 3rd-floor flagship studio.

- Vendor & Utility Management: Handle vendor contracts for housekeeping, internet service, electricity, air conditioning maintenance, and office pantry supplies.

- Asset & Inventory Tracking: Maintain registers for company laptops, design software licenses, measuring tools, and showroom material display samples.

- Visitor & Client Reception: Ensure a high-end, welcoming environment for visiting homeowners, architects, and business partners visiting Lumera Homes.
