Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities for sand casting and sub-station parts

• Monitor adherence to production plans, work orders, and process parameters

• Track casting defects, deviations, and support corrective & preventive actions





• Ensure compliance to safety standards, PPE usage, and 5S practices

• Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Process teams

• Prepare and update production, rejection, and performance reports

• Support manpower and resource allocation for smooth operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and waste reduction

Required profile:

• Working knowledge of sand-casting processes (moulding, core making, melting, pouring, fettling)

• Ability to monitor production execution and process compliance

• Knowledge of common casting defects and basic root cause analysis

• Understanding of work orders, SOPs, and shop-floor documentation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production reporting

• Awareness of safety practices and foundry shop-floor discipline
