Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Experience Range: 11 to 15 Years
- Manage royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and payment processes.
- Ensure processing is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs/TATs.
- Review royalty statements, contracts, and supporting data to identify discrepancies.
- Lead and manage the operations team, including workload allocation, performance, and development.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, quality, productivity, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, contracts, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage escalations and support audits as required.
Qualifications
B Com/Mcom/MBA or Finance related field
