Job Summary

Kantaflex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Hyderabad and surrounding markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business from infrastructure and construction projects, developing key client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities from infrastructure and construction projects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with:

- EPC Contractors

- Government Bodies

- Consultants

- Architects

- Project Owners

- Monitor upcoming infrastructure projects and tender opportunities.

- Promote company products and solutions through technical and commercial discussions.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and market development objectives.





- Conduct customer visits and regular project follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal departments for proposal preparation and project execution.

- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4 5 years in Sales / Business Development.

- Industry Preference: Construction, Government Construction Projects, Railways, Infrastructure, or Capital Goods.

- Education: Engineering Degree preferred.

- Non-engineering graduates with relevant experience in engineering industries may also apply.

- Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu Mandatory.

- Location Preference: Hyderabad-based candidates.

- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.

- Salary: 7 11 LPA.
