Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud / Dev Ops Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure, Terraform, Azure Dev Ops, and infrastructure automation.

The role involves automating end-to-end infrastructure provisioning across on-premises and Azure environments, focusing strongly on standardization, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The engineer will work on a Service Now-led automation model, integrating request intake, approvals, orchestration, infrastructure provisioning, status tracking, CMDB/change updates, and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure provisioning automation using Terraform and Azure Dev Ops.

- Build reusable Terraform modules for approved Azure infrastructure patterns.

- Develop and manage Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines using YAML.

- Automate provisioning of resource groups, networking, NSGs, identity/RBAC, tagging, policies, monitoring, and deployment parameters.

- Integrate infrastructure pipelines with Service Now requests, approvals, and status updates.

- Implement security and compliance controls, including policy validation, security scans, secrets management, tagging, and cost controls.

- Work with Jenkins and Ansible for on-premises infrastructure automation.

- Support integration with REST APIs and enterprise automation platforms.





- Troubleshoot deployment issues, support testing and defect resolution, and participate in production hypercare.

- Maintain technical documentation, automation standards, and operational handover materials.

- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, application, and platform teams.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Dev Ops, Infrastructure Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

- Strong experience with Terraform and reusable Terraform modules.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops and YAML pipelines.

- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, RBAC, Azure networking, NSGs, and identity management.

- Experience with Azure Key Vault and Azure Policy.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise platform integrations.

- Scripting experience in Python, Power Shell, or Bash.

- Experience with Jenkins and Ansible, particularly for on-premises automation, will be highly valuable.

- Understanding of infrastructure security, compliance, monitoring, tagging, and cost-management practices.
