We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding the precast contracting business. The person will focus on identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients and promoting precast solutions for residential, commercial and institutional projects.

The role will involve meeting developers, architects, schools, colleges, hospitals, hostels and other institutional clients, generating leads and developing a strong business pipeline. The candidate will also be responsible for explaining the technical and commercial benefits of precast construction and converting traditional construction requirements into precast projects.

The person will manage the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, technical pitching, relationship management, negotiations, order conversion and revenue generation. The role will be based at Harohalli, Bangalore and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.





Requirements Requirement – Business Development Manager

- Experience: 10–12 years

- Industry: EPC / Construction

- Precast Experience: Minimum 2 years mandatory

- Location: Harohalli, Bangalore

- Qualification: Engineering / relevant technical background preferred

- Core Role: Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Target Clients: Developers, Architects, Institutional Clients

- Key Work: Lead generation, current client acquisition, project sales, pipeline development and order closure

- Technical Knowledge: Precast structures, precast solutions and design conversion

- Skills: Client handling, negotiation, pitching, relationship management and revenue generation

- Main Objective: Bring new precast projects and generate business for the plant.
