Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Now HRSD Developer with 5–10 years of overall Service Now experience and strong hands-on expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have experience developing and implementing HRSD solutions, configuring HR services and workflows, and integrating Service Now with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now HRSD solutions.

- Work extensively on HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.

- Configure and customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and HR services.

- Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

- Build and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.

- Develop and customize Service Now applications using Java Script, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Configure HR processes based on business requirements and industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.





- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable HRSD solutions.

- Follow Service Now development best practices, coding standards, and upgrade-safe customization principles.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of Service Now development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now HRSD.

- Strong knowledge of:

- HR Case Management

- Employee Center

- Lifecycle Events

- HR Services

- Service Catalog

- Flow Designer

- Integration Hub

- Strong development experience with Java Script.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

- Positive understanding of Service Now configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

- Ability to independently handle development tasks from requirements through deployment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Service Now CSA certification is preferred.

- HRSD certification/implementation experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience working on end-to-end HRSD implementations.

- Experience with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, or similar platforms is a plus.
