Position Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across projects, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, and site execution. The role requires strong project management, hands-on execution, and leadership skills to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project operations from order receipt through execution and closure.

- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Supervise installation and execution of expansion joints and other industrial products at client sites.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure on-time execution.

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Quality teams for smooth interdepartmental operations.

- Manage inventory control, dispatch planning, and vendor coordination.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements at job sites.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with clients regarding execution timelines, technical queries, and feedback.





- Plan and manage manpower utilization, including site supervisors and contractors.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-effective improvements.

- Manage operational budgets and cost-control measures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

- 5 7 years of experience in Project Execution, Operations, or Site Management.

- Experience in industrial products, construction equipment, capital goods, or infrastructure project operations.

- Experience in contractor/vendor management, project planning, and on-site supervision is essential.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of operations workflow, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills, particularly for site teams.

- Good knowledge of installation standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
