Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational processes.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that applications are tailored to support business objectives, requiring thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where continuous interaction with teams and iterative design refinement are key components of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the testing and implementation phases by providing design insights and troubleshooting assistance.
- Continuously update knowledge of business processes to ensure application designs remain relevant and effective.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Robust understanding of human capital management processes and their application within enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing application workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and data flow between applications.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
