Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.




- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience in managing software deployment, patch management, and system updates using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to endpoint management.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance of managed devices.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of application and system failures.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
