Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and performance management solutions across multiple EPM platforms.

The role requires translating business requirements into scalable solutions, configuring and optimizing planning models, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting digital finance and planning transformations. The position demands expertise in at least two EPM platforms, with Anaplan or One Stream being one of them, while delivering innovative and business-aligned solutions for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and performance management solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solution designs.
Configure, build, test, and deploy solutions across multiple EPM platforms.
Develop and optimize planning models, business rules, workflows, calculations, and reporting structures.
Define and support data integration, security, governance, and solution architecture requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders,



architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process issues across integrated planning environments.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive adoption of industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skill: Expertise in at least two Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, with Anaplan or One Stream being one of them.

Robust experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, One Stream, Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP BPC, Pigment, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Workday Adaptive Planning, CCH Tagetik, Board, Jedox, or similar platforms.

Experience delivering solutions across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Strong understanding of EPM solution architecture, model design, data integration, security, and governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing enterprise planning and performance management solutions.
Experience integrating EPM solutions with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise applications.
Knowledge of AI-enabled forecasting, scenario planning, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across EPM ecosystems.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Planning, Finance Transformation, or related domains.
The candidate must have hands-on experience across a minimum of two EPM platforms, with Anaplan or One Stream being one of the primary platforms.
Experience in enterprise-scale implementation and transformation programs is preferred.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.

A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
