About the Company:

VSPH Global is offering a practical work-from-home opportunity for individuals interested in developing their foundation in human resources. The internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to people operations, recruitment coordination, and workplace processes while allowing the intern to learn in a flexible remote workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Support the HR team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, employee records, and routine HR documentation.
- Help prepare communication, follow-up messages, and status updates for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in assigned HR projects and contribute ideas for improving people-related processes.




- Maintain confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.

Requirements:

- Interest in human resources, recruitment, or people operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort with online collaboration tools and working independently from home.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly and meet agreed timelines.
- No prior professional experience is required; motivated learners are welcome to apply.

This is a three-month, unpaid, full-time internship conducted remotely. Successful completion will be recognized with an internship certificate.
