Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and an interest in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

- Understand client requirements and match candidates with suitable opportunities.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.





- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara and during the US night shift .

- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet research.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with prior IT recruitment or US staffing experience will be preferred.
