Responsibilities

- Source candidates for non-IT vacancies through job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, assess suitability, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the process.
- Manage candidate communication, offer discussions, joining coordination, and recruitment documentation.
- Track hiring progress and share regular updates on pipeline status, closures, and pending actions.
- Support improvements to sourcing and screening practices while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably handling non-IT hiring.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work with deadlines.
- Comfort with recruitment platforms, spreadsheets, and basic hiring reports.
- The role is based in Kompally, Hyderabad, with a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month and an uncapped incentive model.
