About the Role : We're looking for a Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements and data-backed recommendations. You'll work with stakeholders, product, and technology teams to improve processes, support decisions, and deliver projects that create measurable impact.Key Responsibilities : - Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis- Translate requirements into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria- Analyse business data to find trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities- Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs for leadership and operations teams- Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes and recommend improvements- Work with developers and QA to make sure solutions match requirements, and support UAT- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope changes, and project documentation- Support change management, training, and post-launch performance reviewsRequired Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role- Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups,
