About the Role:

We are looking for a driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring. You will partner with your HOD to source quality talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from the first call to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
- Partner with HOD to understand role requirements, skills, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Manage multiple open positions across functions/levels at the same time
- Negotiate compensation and notice periods, and reduce offer drop-offs through regular follow-ups
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.
- Share regular MIS and status updates on open positions,



interviews, and closures
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Preferably from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm, or a pure hiring (talent acquisition) profile
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using various job portals.
- Experience in closing positions within defined TATs and targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA-HR preferred, not mandatory) & preference for candidates who have worked for hiring requirements of Interior Designer Firm, comfortable to travel to Powai location in Mumbai & can work on multiple requirements at a time
- Experience in bulk non IT hiring
