About the Company

Supreme Bituchem India Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of bitumen, construction chemicals, and allied construction products, serving customers across infrastructure, road construction, civil construction, and related sectors.

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Sales Manager – South Region to drive business development, provide technical solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence across South India.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive technical sales and business development activities for bitumen, construction chemicals, and allied products across the South India region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across road infrastructure, highways, construction projects, EPC companies, contractors, consultants,



and institutional customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, project developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits, technical meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and application trials to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA/PG qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or application sales within the bitumen, construction chemicals, Construction equipment, waterproofing, infrastructure, road construction, or building materials industry.
- Robust technical understanding of bitumen, construction chemicals, road construction materials, and their applications.
