We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing US IT Staffing team.

Required Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing / OPT Recruitment
- Strong experience working with OPT / STEM OPT candidates
- Candidate sourcing, screening and relationship management
- Experience with US IT job portals, LinkedIn and candidate databases
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of US IT recruiting processes
- Ability to manage candidates from sourcing through placement

Advantage
Candidates with hands-on experience in Offer Letter Services and Payroll Services for OPT/STEM OPT candidates will have an advantage.

Experience with:

- Offer letter coordination
- Candidate onboarding
- Employment documentation
- Payroll coordination
- Candidate follow-ups after placement
- Working with HR / Operations / Payroll teams
