We are looking for a Shopify Specialist/Team Leader to help merchants successfully set up and use our Shopify app. In addition the specialist will lead a team of juniors and mentor them to maintain the Shopify Apps.
This role is not traditional customer support — you will work directly with Shopify themes, troubleshoot issues, and guide merchants through technical setup.
Your goal is to ensure every merchant gets value from the app quickly.
Responsibilities
- Assist merchants in configuring the app within their Shopify store
- Help install and position wishlist elements in Shopify themes
- Troubleshoot issues related to theme compatibility
- Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve integration problems
- Guide merchants via live chat inside the app
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the product team
- Provide clear, simple explanations to non-technical users
Requirements
- Experience working with Shopify themes
- Strong knowledge of Liquid (Shopify templating language)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to debug frontend issues
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Shopify apps
- Familiarity with theme customization and app blocks
- Previous experience in technical support or customer-facing roles

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month
