Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and references.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
