We are looking for a DM Sales Executive who can convert leads and customer conversations into sales through Instagram, WhatsApp and other chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and chat
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Follow up with interested and inactive leads
- Convert conversations into qualified leads and sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Handle objections and answer customer questions professionally
- Maintain basic lead/sales records and daily activity updates
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant full-time DM/chat sales experience
- OR 2+ years of genuine freelance/unofficial experience in DM-based selling
- Hands-on experience selling through Instagram/WhatsApp/social media
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with targets and sales conversations
- Candidates from Instagram sales, WhatsApp sales, social media sales, lead conversion, inside sales or chat sales backgrounds are preferred
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month depending on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
