About the Role

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage accounts receivable and payment collection activities for our US-based logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices, resolving payment-related queries, maintaining accurate collection records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, confidence in dealing with US clients, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with US-based customers/clients for outstanding and overdue payments.
- Make regular calls and send emails to customers regarding pending invoices and payment status.
- Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and outstanding invoice reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms and payment schedules.
- Communicate professionally with customers to understand and resolve payment delays.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, billing, payment discrepancies, and account balances.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Operations,



Billing, and Sales teams to resolve collection-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications, commitments, follow-ups, and payment updates.
- Track promised payment dates and ensure timely follow-up until payment is received.
- Identify overdue accounts and escalate critical or long-pending cases to the concerned management.
- Assist in resolving billing disputes, short payments, deductions, and invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and share regular collection/AR status reports with management.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer accounts and collection activities.
- Ensure skilled and positive relationships with customers while maintaining a firm approach toward collections.

Requirements

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based customers over calls and emails.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
