About the Role
Sync2Web is looking for a B2B Telecaller Executive to connect with business owners, companies, and potential B2B clients. The role involves professional business communication, identifying potential requirements, introducing relevant technology solutions, qualifying prospects, and creating genuine business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to company-provided leads and business prospects.
- Contact business owners, decision-makers, and representatives to introduce Sync2Web's services.
- Understand the prospect's business model, requirements, and current technology needs.
- Identify potential requirements related to websites, software, SaaS, automation, AI solutions, and other IT services.
- Qualify prospects based on their requirement, interest, budget, and project potential.
- Conduct qualified conversations with B2B prospects and explain relevant services.
- Ask appropriate questions to understand the business problem before suggesting a solution.
- Generate qualified business opportunities for the sales/project team.
- Maintain structured follow-ups with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Keep accurate records of conversations, requirements, follow-up dates, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team when a prospect requires detailed technical or project information.
- Schedule further discussions between qualified prospects and the concerned team members.




- Maintain professional relationships with potential business clients throughout the sales process.
- Work toward generating qualified B2B opportunities and supporting successful project conversions.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Basic understanding of websites, software, mobile applications, SaaS, AI, or business automation is preferred.
- Ability to understand basic technical requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, and other online communication tools.
- Good lead qualification and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about IT services and technology solutions.
