Job Profile
Responsible for advising clients on interior and exterior design solutions, promoting paints, textures, and decorative finishes, visiting construction sites, and developing a dealer network. The role includes taking orders, preparing contracts, and coordinating project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites and client properties to understand design and finishing requirements.
- Advise clients on colour combinations, textures, paints, and decorative finishes.
- Present product samples, catalogues, and design ideas suited to clients’ preferences and budgets.
- Promote and sell paints, textures, decorative coatings, and related finishing products.
- Build and expand a dealer network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding dealers and distributors.
- Maintain relationships with dealers, homeowners, architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors.
- Take orders from clients and dealers, confirm requirements, and coordinate timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on enquiries and proposals.




- Prepare and coordinate customer contracts and dealer agreements for approval and signing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, painters, and application teams for project execution.
- Monitor site progress and check that finishes meet agreed client requirements.
- Address customer and dealer queries and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain records of site visits, dealers, orders, contracts, and project progress.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Qualification or relevant experience in interior design, exterior finishes, building materials, or a related field.
- Knowledge of paints, textures, colour combinations, and surface finishes.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in dealer development, order handling, and contract coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, dealers, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits, dealer visits, and client meetings.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
