Role Overview

We are looking for a **Principal AI/ML Architect** with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade **AI/ML and Generative AI solutions**.

The ideal candidate should combine **architecture leadership with strong hands-on technical expertise** across Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise AI integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, developing and integrating AI components, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting deployment and operationalization while providing technical guidance to engineering teams.

## Key Responsibilities

* Architect, design, and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

* Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready technical architectures.

* Develop and integrate solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.

* Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agentic AI, and model orchestration** solutions.

* Build and operationalize capabilities for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management

* Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, automated testing, observability, and monitoring.

* Evaluate AI models, frameworks, platforms, and technologies and select appropriate solutions based on business and technical requirements.





* Design integrations across AI services, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.

* Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements related to security, privacy, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.

* Provide technical leadership through solution design, hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.

## Mandatory Skills

8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise-scale production implementations.

* Strong hands-on Python development experience.

* Strong expertise across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI/LLMs.

* Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases/vector search, prompt/context engineering, and LLM evaluation.

* Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.

* Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and microservices.

* Experience working with structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.

* Robust understanding of AI security, privacy, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance.

* Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.

## Good to Have

* Experience with Agentic AI and AI agents.

* Experience designing highly scalable enterprise AI platforms.

* Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services and architecture patterns.

* Experience mentoring AI/ML engineering teams and driving technical standards.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
