- E-commerce & Quick Commerce Account Reconciliation – Reconcile sales, settlements, deductions, commissions, returns, and other marketplace transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation – Regular bank reconciliation and identification/resolution of discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable – Manage receivables, payables, vendor/customer ledgers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- P&L; & MIS Reporting – Prepare monthly P&L;, business MIS, variance analysis, and management reports.
- TDS Preparation – Handle TDS calculations, preparation, reconciliation, and related compliance activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, marketplaces, vendors,
and other stakeholders for reconciliation and closure of outstanding issues.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts / Finance, preferably with exposure to E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and MIS.
- Positive command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP will be an added advantage.
