Production Supervisor – Kerala Bites

- Supervise daily production and packaging activities.
- Plan production based on sales requirements and available materials.
- Calculate product-wise production cost, raw material cost, packaging cost, wastage, and other production expenses.
- Procure and coordinate raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
- Compare supplier prices and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory, material consumption, wastage, and production yield.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and packaging standards are maintained.
- Manage production and packing staff and allocate daily duties.
- Maintain production, procurement, inventory, and costing records.
- Coordinate with QC, sales, accounts,



and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 2 years Experience in snacks production industry.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
