Hiring: CRM Assistant Manager – Logistics

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Assistant Manager – Logistics with 4–5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of reverse pickups, shipment booking, pickup & delivery operations, customer handling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day CRM activities and customer communication.
- Handle customer queries related to shipments, pickups, deliveries, and bookings.
- Manage and coordinate reverse pickup requests from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with operations, branches, hubs, and delivery teams for smooth shipment movement.
- Monitor pending pickups, undelivered shipments, and customer complaints.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate shipment booking and pickup scheduling.
- Monitor service quality, TAT, and SLA performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM and operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing and guiding the CRM team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, E-commerce, 3PL, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Reverse Pickup / Reverse Logistics.
- Good understanding of shipment booking and pickup processes.
- Practical knowledge of last-mile delivery and logistics operations.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling customer escalations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and operational issues.
- Team-handling experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Courier, Logistics, E-commerce, 3PL, Last-Mile Delivery, or Reverse Logistics backgrounds will be preferred.
