About the role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate marketing and brand requirements into visually engaging, high-quality creatives. The role will involve creating digital and marketing assets across social media, campaigns, advertisements, and other brand communication.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories, and campaign assets.
- Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Translate marketing briefs and content ideas into effective visual communication.
- Work closely with the marketing, social media, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity, guidelines, tone, and positioning.
- Create graphics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital channels.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and platform-specific requirements.




- Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, video editors, and other creative professionals.
- Make design revisions based on feedback while maintaining the quality and intent of the creative.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, typography, visual styles, and digital creative trends.
- Organize and maintain creative assets and design files for easy accessibility.
- Support the creative requirements of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other brand initiatives.

An ideal candidate will have:

- Strong visual design and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, layouts, hierarchy, and branding.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into a strong visual concept.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Good understanding of social media and digital-first creative requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A good understanding of what makes digital content attention-grabbing and engaging.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
