Job Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and policy terms clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Direct Sales is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
