Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable meeting clients and conducting property site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on property leads.
Meet potential clients and understand their requirements.
Conduct property/site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Maintain regular client follow-ups.
Convert leads into property bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with field visits.
Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida property market is an advantage.
