- Install, configure, and maintain Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tally errors related to licenses, data, backup, synchronization, printing, and connectivity.
- Manage Tally data backup, restore, and data security processes.
- Provide user support for Tally accounting and inventory-related issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Configure email accounts, antivirus software, and system security settings.
- Maintain IT asset records and software licenses.
- Coordinate with Tally vendors and service providers for issue resolution and upgrades.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems and applications.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
