Safety Engineer – Mumbai

Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical + ADIS

Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE systems at high-rise construction sites, ensuring compliance with statutory, ISO 45001, environmental, and project safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site inspections, HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments.
- Monitor safety compliance for high-risk activities, including work at height and lifting.
- Manage PTW, safety documentation, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, GRIHA, and environmental requirements.
- Support audits, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvement.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HSE practices and construction safety.
- Experience in high-rise construction projects preferred.
- Valuable documentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of HIRA, JSA, PTW, emergency preparedness, and incident investigation.
