- Manage accounting, financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
- Handle statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial controls.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements and management reports.
- Manage AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, fixed assets and cash flow.
- Handle multi-country finance operations and coordinate with international teams.
- Support ERP/accounting system implementation and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit and financial reporting.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
